About
Steffen is a serial entrepreneur. He co-founded one of Germany’s first internet service providers, which became the nucleus for his second venture, EBERTLANG (now ELOVADE), which CRN ranked as the leading value-added software distributor in Germany. IT-BUSINESS named Steffen a Top-100 IT-Channel VIP five years in a row.
In 2021, Steffen sold his stake in EBERTLANG to HQ Equita (now NEXX Capital), the mid-market private equity arm of Harald Quandt Group. Today, Steffen is primarily active as an investor. Through his holding company, Calsmunt Capital, he holds equity stakes in more than a dozen mid-sized companies across a wide range of industries.
